At Rumours + Runways we want your online experience to mirror that of shopping in store with the same level of all round love! That includes if you see something on our socials and not online and you just HAVE to have it (eg those earrings), we absolutely get it so shoot us a message and we will do our best to make it available to purchase online. If you are unsure about sizing we can definitely help so just ask.
Rumours + Runways wants all our girls to be completely and utterly in love with their purchase. So if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you're welcome to send it back for a refund or exchange. *See Conditions below.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, we will provide a refund if the item is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. It is at the wholesaler's discretion if an item is deemed faulty which Rumours + Runways Boutique will first need to check before agreeing to a refund.
***Please note that we do our best to display the true colour of the garment however colours may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor/device. We do not consider this a fault if the colour is slightly different.
- Items must be received back in store within 14 days of you receiving the parcel.
- Items must be received in its original resell-able condition - unworn, unwashed and with receipt, all tags & original packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns on earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons.
- All shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.
- All return shipping to Rumours + Runways will be covered by the customer. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
- Credit notes will be issued in the form of a Rumours + Runways gift card which are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
- All our returns are processed within 1-3 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the garment, you will be contacted via email advising of refund/exchange.
- Must be a full-priced item. We do not accept returns on sale items.
Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue a store credit. Rumours + Runways Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the above conditions. You will be notified via email if your item did not meet our returns conditions.
We are sincerely sorry to hear that there was a manufacturing fault with your garment! Unfortunately, we do experience manufacturing faults with our garments on rare occasions which we cannot control.
In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace, refund or offer a store credit for the items.
